It's very basic at the moment (it's lacking dialog and combat among other things) however, it's impressively thorough. You can even edit the level and replace textures. As the creator explains, the whole concept revolves around layers of structure blocks (a recent addition) that represent tiles in the game. They move when you move.


    While there's not much here to keep you entertained, Reqaug is quick to emphasize that his work will "always be in the process." It's more about investing enough time than whether or no blocky Pokemon recreation is feasible.
